Job summary

Passages Malibu is seeking a Resident Support Technician for an in-person role in Malibu, CA. The shift runs 3:00 PM–11:30 PM and includes at least one weekend day, supporting a premier holistic rehab program.

Join a compassionate team providing care in a 24/7 healthcare setting. A high school diploma is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred, with valid California driver license and clean driving record encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in intake processes, handle calls, room changes, and passes.
• Assist residents with daily schedules and activities.
• Monitor detoxification process and check residents according to intervals.
• Conduct bag searches, random searches, and collect urine drug screens.
• Ensure resident compliance with facility rules and guidelines.
