Qualifications

• Responsible for guest check-in, scheduling appointments, and maintaining spa facilities including locker rooms, quiet lounge, and pool deck.
• Act as a liaison between guests, spa management, and other resort departments.
• Understanding of PMS system (ResortSuite) is required.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in computer literacy and ability to learn various software applications.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Possession of a current CPR/First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one within 1 month of hire.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
