Male Spa Attendant, Kohler Waters Spa

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Kohler, WI

Opportunity

Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest.

Specific responsibilities of a Spa Attendant include:

• Supporting the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment.
• Attending to the Reception Desk located in the lower level to accommodate client check-in for sandals, robes, and lockers.
• Gathering used linens from treatment rooms and assembling for pick-up by The American Club laundry staff; distributing clean linens to designated storage areas and/or treatment rooms.
• Maintaining neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area.
• Assisting Group Coordinator with setup tasks involving special group requirements.
• Consistently maintaining cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring.
• Being responsible for knowing and performing proper opening/closing procedures.
• Assisting spa technicians with locating guests, giving messages, or communicating guest's needs.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service for all spa guests.

This is a part-time position, working weekdays & weekends. Weekends are required. Hours are from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older to apply.
• Must be able to obtain a Bartending License upon hire.
• Prior computer experience helpful.
• Customer service related experience required.

The hourly pay range for this position is $14.00-$19.00. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
