Butterfly Home Care is hiring Personal Care Aides (PCAs) in Northern Virginia, including Herndon, Sterling, Ashburn and surrounding counties. We welcome compassionate individuals to provide in-home support and participate in community activities.

Both part-time and full-time schedules are available, with flexible shifts for male and female applicants. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are at least 18, and can lift up to 25 lbs.

Butterfly Home Care is hiring Male and Female Personal Care Aides (PCAs) Caregivers in Herdon VA location and other areas in Northern Virginia.

We are looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to provide personalized support to clients in their homes and communities. Students, experienced caregivers, recent graduates, career changers, and entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.

Position Details

• Position: Personal Care Aide (PCA)
• Location: Sterling, Herndon, Ashburn, Aldie, Herndon, and surrounding Northern Virginia
• Schedule: Part-Time & Full-Time
• Applicants: Male & Female
• Pay: $15-16 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and daily routines
• Provide companionship and emotional support
