Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You will work one-on-one following each person’s ISP to promote independence and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, documenting services, and communicating with the care team. We offer flexible hours, local cases, and a supportive team focused on success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Position Overview

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with ASG Home Care, you will provide hands‑on support that promotes independence, community engagement, and daily living success. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work one‑on‑one with individuals in both home and community settings while following each person's Individualized Service Plan (ISP).

Key Responsibilities as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)

• Provide individualized home and community‑based support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
