Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving seeks a strong, dependable male caregiver for a gentleman in Solana Beach with early-stage dementia. The role features 2-hour shifts on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10:00am to 12:00pm, plus occasional 4-hour shifts.

Responsibilities include morning routines, mobility support, companionship, and occasional appointments transport. Requirements include being male, physically fit for transfers, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Male caregiver, physically strong and comfortable with transfers.
• Experience with dementia care preferred.
• Great conversationalist with a passion for sports is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable.

• Fall precautions and mobility support (walker user).
• Companionship around sports and conversations.
