Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Solana Beach is seeking a dependable male caregiver for a gentleman with early-stage dementia. Schedule includes 2-hour shifts on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10:00am to 12:00pm, with occasional 4-hour shifts.

You will support morning routines, assist with mobility, provide companionship, and may drive to appointments. Requirements include a male caregiver who is physically strong, with transfers, preferably dementia care experience, a valid driver’s license, and a

• Male caregiver, physically strong and able to assist transfers.
• Experience with dementia care preferred.
• Great conversationalist with an interest in sports.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Patient, compassionate and dependable; pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Morning routine support: showers, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene.
• Mobility support and fall precautions (walker used).

Schedule

• 2 hours from 10:00am-12:00pm Tuesdays and Fridays
