Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Solana Beach is seeking a strong, dependable male caregiver to support a gentleman with early-stage dementia. You will help with morning routines, mobility, and companionship during scheduled shifts.

Shifts include 2 hours on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, with occasional 4-hour calls. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required, and background checks will be conducted. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Male caregiver, physically strong and capable of transfers.
• Experience with dementia care preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle required.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with morning routines (showers, dressing, grooming).
• Support mobility and fall precautions (walker use).
• Provide companionship and engage in sports conversations.
• Occasional transportation to appointments.

Competitive Pay, based on experience
