Job summary

Right at Home Fremont in Fremont, CA is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors across Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and companionship, following care plans and reporting changes.

Requirements include at least 3 months caregiving, English proficiency, and a valid HCA license with TB screening; reliable transportation is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.

• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team as needed.
