Job summary

Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers to assist with personal care, mobility, and companionship for seniors in Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward. Flexible 4–10 hour day shifts with weekly pay and mileage reimbursement are available.

We provide training through Right at Home University, free uniforms, and opportunities for ongoing professional development. Valid HCA license and TB screening are required, with driving and reliable transportation a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience
• Genuine compassion for older adults
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Valid HCA license and TB screening
• Reliable transportation is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping
• Remind clients to take medications
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team as needed
