Job summary

Vettedlance is seeking a Lead Quality for Malayalam AI training data to supervise reviewer work and ensure grammar, tone, meaning and cultural fit.

You will spot recurring issues, track escapes of critical ones, maintain style guides, FAQs and calibration sets, and run onboarding and calibration calls for trainers and reviewers.

This remote, hourly contract is part-time (10–40 hrs/week). Pay is $30/hour (USD), paid weekly after a short paid assessment.

Qualifications

• Native-level Malayalam with strong written English.
• Prior QA, editing, localization or team-lead experience.
• Clear, specific written feedback.
