Stryker seeks a Clinical Specialist to support Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted Surgery across Puerto Rico. In this field-based role, you will provide hands‑on clinical and technical support during joint replacement procedures, working directly with surgeons, operating room teams, and commercial partners to support the effective use of Mako technology.

You will guide surgeons and OR staff in robotic-arm operation, prepare pre-operative CT scans, and train teams through product education.

Formación

• Technical degree or equivalent training in Surgical Technology, Surgical Instrumentation, Nursing, or related healthcare field.
• Experience in a hospital and surgical environment.
• English proficiency at A2 level or higher.
• Willingness to travel throughout Puerto Rico and flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site clinical and technical support during joint replacement procedures with the Mako Robotic System.
• Guide surgeons and OR staff in operation of robotic-arm applications, equipment and instruments.
• Prepare pre-operative CT scans using proprietary software for planning.
• Train surgeons and OR teams through product education and in-service sessions.
• Troubleshoot product/technical issues at customer sites and coordinate timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to communicate product information and benefits.
• Build relationships with surgeons and OR staff at assigned hospitals.
• Collect and communicate customer/product feedback to internal teams.
