Job summary

Behr Paint Company is seeking a Make & Ship Operator to coordinate the transfer of finished goods from manufacturing to distribution. You will operate forklifts and reach trucks to move pallets, stage goods, and prepare for outgoing trucks.

Responsibilities include safety checks on power industrial vehicles, using a scan gun to direct movements, and creating Bills of Lading. You may assist in Receiving; lifting up to 75 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High school education is required.
• Candidates without forklift experience may train and obtain certification.
• Basic computer skills are required; SAP experience is a plus.
• A dedication to safety and a clean, safe work area is essential.
• Lifting up to 75 lbs, with or without accommodation, is part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and transfer finished goods from manufacturing to distribution.
• Operate forklift/reach truck to move pallets and store materials.
• Create Bills of Lading (BOL) and document transfers using scan tools and systems.
• Assist in Receiving Department as needed based on production needs.
• Maintain safe and organized workstations and dock areas.
