Behr Paint Company in Heath, OH is seeking a Make & Ship Operator to move finished goods from production to distribution. You will operate a forklift or reach truck, receive pallets, and transfer items to the distribution warehouse or staging areas.

You will start with a safety checklist for power industrial vehicles, use a scan gun to direct shipments, and create Bills of Lading. Some duties may include assisting Receiving; maintain a safe, clean workspace.

Qualifications

• Completed high school education required.
• Forklift experience preferred; training and forklift certification offered.
• Basic computer skills; SAP experience a plus.
• Strong safety focus and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly.

Responsabilités

• Receive pallets from filling and transfer finished goods to distribution or staging areas.
• Operate forklift or reach truck safely for moving goods.
• Use scan gun to direct and coordinate shipments and create Bill of Lading (BOL).
• Assist in Receiving as needed; maintain clean, safe workstations and dock area.
