Job summary

SI Communities LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Make-Ready to ensure vacated apartments are restored to market-ready status in a timely manner. You will work with the manager and senior maintenance technician to meet the timetable and quality standards.

The role involves inspecting units, performing routine repairs, painting, fixture replacements, and coordinating with residents and property management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in field or related area.
• Proficiency in concepts, practices and procedures of related field preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule which may include weekends and special events.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklists.
• Check and replace lights as needed.
• Repair or replace windows, latches, screens, hinges, and related fixtures.
• Assist in moving appliances and preparing units for showings.
• Perform minor plumbing and painting tasks as scheduled.
• Maintain exterior lighting and general property upkeep as required.
