Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Make Ready/Punch Tech to support our Georgetown, TX community. You will respond to resident maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs to ensure safety, appearance, and operations meet company standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in apartment maintenance, HVAC and trade skills, and a valid driver’s license. The role is full-time, on-site, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years maintenance experience required (apartment maintenance experience preferred).
• High school education or equivalent certification.
• Preferred expertise in HVAC, carpentry, dry wall, appliances, plumbing, and electrical repair.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Budget or basic business finance skills helpful.
• Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal) or obtain in the first 90 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license free from major moving violations and dependable transportation.
• CPO Certification (if required in the state and location applied).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Community Service Manager to meet safety, appearance, and operational standards.
• Respond quickly and courteously to resident maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Repair and/or restore service within established quality and time standards.
• Collaborate with team to enhance performance and deliver excellent service to residents and internal/external customers.
