Job summary

Pegasus Residential in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Make Ready/Punch Tech to join our on-site maintenance team and ensure community safety and appeal. You will work closely with the Community Service Manager to complete tasks that keep the property in top condition and respond promptly to resident maintenance requests.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and HVAC, carpentry, drywall, appliance, plumbing, and electrical repair skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years maintenance experience (apartment maintenance preferred).
• High school education or equivalent required.
• HVAC, carpentry, drywall, appliances, plumbing, and electrical repair experience preferred.
• Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal) or plan to obtain within first 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• CPO Certification may be required in state/location.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and courteously to resident maintenance requests.
• Troubleshoot issues and repair/restore service within established standards.
• Collaborate with Community Service Manager to meet safety, appearance, and operational standards.
