Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Make Ready Technician responsible for maintenance and customer service in our apartment communities. This includes performing grounds and housekeeping services to maintain excellent curb appeal.

You will conduct preventive maintenance, respond to service requests, and ensure the quality of apartment homes. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and prior custodial or apartment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills required.
• Prior custodial, housekeeping or apartment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections and janitorial services as assigned.
• Complete all service requests in accordance with company standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
