Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Make Ready Tech to join their team. This role involves performing maintenance services and ensuring excellent curb appeal of apartment homes.

You will work closely with the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to ensure high-quality living environments. In this position, you will be responsible for preventive maintenance, handling service requests, and performing refurbishing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior custodial, housekeeping, or apartment experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation for essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services.
• Complete all service requests in accordance with company standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
