Job summary

The NRP Group LLC in Texas is seeking a Make Ready Tech to enhance curb appeal and maintain quality apartment homes by performing groundskeeping and housekeeping tasks while responding to service requests.

Under the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repairs, and renovations per company standards, with attention to safety and documentation. Strong English communication and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior custodial, housekeeping or apartment maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections and janitorial services as assigned.
• Assist with maintenance of storage area and maintenance materials.
• Perform refurbishing and renovation of apartments per company standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Notify Community Manager of any safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of property specific problems such as asbestos.
• Maintain accurate record of all tasks completed.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Carry out maintenance aspects in the Community Manager’s absence, including scheduling staff and vendors, ordering supplies.
• Complete all service requests in accordance with company standards.
