We are currently seeking a Make Ready Technician/Porter for Marian Heights Apartments in Alton, IL.

Description

The successful candidate should have experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is essential. The Make Ready Technician/Porter will perform general maintenance and repairs, painting, groundskeeping, and cleaning of the facility.

Duties

• Perform preventive maintenance and general duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and documentation to ensure proper recording of maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean facility and grounds.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least three years of maintenance technician experience.
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely using proper tools.
• Availability for emergency maintenance calls after hours and on weekends.
• Normal work hours are typically 7 am – 4 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime.

Background screening and drug testing are required.
