Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents on-site at Shadow Ridge at Southlands, Aurora, CO. The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional on-call/weekend duties to support move-in readiness.

Responsibilities include painting, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring touch-ups, and general cleaning to ensure safety and quality prior to occupancy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/turnover work
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work, including painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning
• Ensure apartments meet company quality and safety standards prior to move-in
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company and industry safety standards
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents and team members while working throughout the community
