Job summary

Two Coast Living in Lowell, MA is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare apartments for new residents. You will perform maintenance, cosmetic improvements, painting, and fixture replacement to company standards, ensuring move-in ready homes on schedule.

Working with the Maintenance and Property Management teams, you’ll help with repairs, safety checks, and keeping a clean, safe work environment. This full-time role offers growth opportunities into a Maintenance Technician position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/turnover work.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover work, including painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet company quality and safety standards prior to move-in.
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company and industry safety standards.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents and team members while working throughout the community.
