Two Coast Living is seeking a Make Ready Technician I for Carrington Park at Gulf Pointe in Houston, TX. You will prepare vacant apartments for new residents, performing painting, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring touch-ups and cleaning to company standards.

Working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional on-call or weekend requirements. You will support maintenance and ensure move-in readiness, while maintaining safety and a positive resident

Our team owns and operates properties across multiple markets and asset types, leveraging a collaborative and performance-driven culture.**Position Summary**The **Make-Ready Technician** is responsible for preparing vacant apartment homes for new residents by completing maintenance, repairs, and cosmetic improvements to company standards. This role plays a critical part in ensuring apartments are move-in ready on schedule and that every resident’s first impression of their home is a positive one.The Make-Ready Technician works closely with the Maintenance and Property Management teams and may assist with general maintenance needs across the property as required.**Work Arrangement*** **Location:**Onsite / Carrington Park at Gulf Pointe / Houston, TX* **Schedule:** Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM* **On-Call / Weekends:** Occasional, based on business needs**Key Responsibilities*** Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work, including painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning* Ensure apartments meet company quality and safety standards prior to move-in* Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep as needed* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company and industry safety standards* Interact professionally and courteously with residents and team members while working throughout the community**Career Path & Next Role Readiness**The Make Ready Technician role is intentionally designed as a pathway to the Maintenance Technician role.
