Job summary

Dayrise Residential is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant and leased apartments for occupancy. You will ensure units meet company standards, perform minor repairs, install tile, patch carpet, and assist the maintenance team while coordinating with the Community Manager.

You will inspect properties, work across essential trades, and adapt to a varied schedule including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to inspect community and apartment homes to ensure standards are met.
• Proficiency in basic maintenance tasks across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting.
• Strong communication and organization to coordinate with the Service Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure physical condition of new rental units meets company standards.
• Install tile and perform minor sheet rock repairs; touch-up paint.
• Patch or replace carpet; assist maintenance team; move appliances as needed.
