Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Make Ready Technician to support our maintenance team. Under the Community Manager, you will perform groundskeeping, housekeeping, and prepare apartments to meet company standards for curb appeal and quality living spaces.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, prior custodial or apartment experience, and basic computer skills. Reliable transportation is required; the role offers growth opportunities within a recognized Top Workplace culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; strong English communication skills.
• Prior custodial, housekeeping or apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency is advantageous for the role.
• Reliable transportation required for essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections and janitorial services as assigned.
• Assist with maintenance of storage areas and materials.
• Refurbish and renovate apartments per company standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and apartment quality.
• Notify Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of property-specific issues and keep task records.
• Carry out maintenance duties in the Supervisor's absence and respond to service requests.
