Job summary

The NRP Group is hiring a Make Ready Technician for our Venice, FL property, Maren. Under supervision, you will perform grounds and housekeeping tasks to ensure curb appeal and quality apartment homes, and respond to service requests promptly.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English skills, and previous custodial or apartment experience is preferred. A reliable means of transportation and basic computer use are expected. Competitive benefits are offered by the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior custodial, housekeeping or apartment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs and janitorial services as assigned.
• Keep storage areas and materials organized and maintained.
• Refurbish and renovate apartments per standards.
• Walk property daily to maintain curb appeal and quality.
• Address safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
