Job summary

The NRP Group is hiring a Make Ready Technician for the brand new community, The Fielder, in Mesquite, TX. Under the direction of the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform grounds and housekeeping tasks to maintain curb appeal and apartment readiness.

Day-to-day duties include preventive maintenance, repairs and refurbishing apartments, coordinating with vendors, and responding to service requests while keeping records up to date.

Qualifications

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior custodial, housekeeping or apartment experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections and janitorial services as assigned.
• Assist with maintenance of storage area and maintenance materials.
• Perform refurbishing and renovation of apartments per company standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Notify Community Manager of any safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of all tasks completed.
• Complete all service requests per company standards.
