Job summary

TriBridge Residential is hiring a Punch Technician for the Cooper River Farms property in Charleston, SC. This full-time role centers on readying vacant units for new residents, removing trash, repairing items, and performing make-readies to ensure unit quality.

You will follow SOPs, assist with scheduling, and work with a service team to maintain curb appeal while providing friendly customer service. Flex hours may be required, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing in English for safety and productivity
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be team-oriented but able to work independently when needed

Responsibilities

• Properly and efficiently complete assigned apartment turns
• Help with scheduling and completion of make-ready units
• Work with the service team to ensure curb appeal at all times
• Adhere to Tribridge Standard Operating Procedures
• Assist with a preventative program minimizing emergency repairs and contractor usage
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain professional customer service and coworker relationships
• Participate in company training and meetings
• Maintain excellent customer service relationships
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
