Job summary

TriBridge Residential is hiring a Punch Technician for the Cooper River Farms property in Charleston, SC. This full-time role centers on readying vacant units for new residents, removing trash, repairing items, and performing make-readies to ensure unit quality.

You will follow SOPs, assist with scheduling, and work with a service team to maintain curb appeal while providing friendly customer service. Flex hours may be required, including weekends.

Our Punch Technicians make dreams come true by focusing on all the details of readying vacant units for new residents before they move in. Removing trash from vacant units and repairing items in all units as needed is part of your duties. Additional responsibilities include using your keen eye for things that need to be replaced, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills to help keep emergency repairs to a minimum.
