Responsibilities

• Assist with moving and replacing appliances.

• Replace or repair ceiling fans, lights, blinds, fixtures.
• Change HVAC filters and report issues to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Clean carpets using commercial equipment.
• Assist with trash-outs and grounds upkeep; participate in after-hours on-call rotation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with moving and replacing appliances
• Inspect, repair, or replace faucets, sinks, bathtubs, tiles, and plugs
• Perform light painting, drywall patching, and caulking
• Replace or repair ceiling fans, blinds, light fixtures, and more
• Change HVAC filters and report issues to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Clean carpets using commercial equipment
• Assist with apartment trash-outs and property grounds upkeep
• Support the team with after-hours on-call maintenance (required rotation)
