Job summary

Westshore is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare apartments for market, handle repair requests, and perform general maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and appliance repair. You’ll join a hands-on team that values efficiency, safety, and pride in workmanship.

You’ll work on-site, support preventative maintenance, and contribute to upkeep of grounds and common areas, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area.
• EPA certification preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions.
• Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members.
• Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts.
