Job summary

The NRP Group is hiring a Make Ready Technician for our Origin at Shingle Creek community in Kissimmee, FL. Under the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll handle grounds, housekeeping, and apartment refurbishing to maintain curb appeal and quality.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and strong English communication. Prior custodial or apartment experience is preferred, and basic computer skills are a plus. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.
