Job summary

The NRP Group is hiring a Make Ready Technician for our Station42 community in Killeen, TX. You will perform grounds and housekeeping tasks to ensure curb appeal and high-quality apartment homes, while responding to service requests under supervision.

Essential duties include preventive maintenance, refurbishing apartments to standards, and safe operation of tools and equipment. Strong English skills and a high school diploma are preferred; prior custodial or apartment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior custodial, housekeeping or apartment experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services including preventive tasks, repairs, inspections and janitorial duties.
• Maintain storage areas and materials; refurbish and renovate apartments per standards.
• Walk property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality; report safety concerns and join safety meetings.
