Job summary

NRP Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Make Ready Technician to maintain curb appeal and apartment readiness. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and renovations as needed under the supervision of the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.

You will also manage service requests, coordinate with staff and vendors, and ensure safety practices are followed on site. Strong English communication and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in custodial, housekeeping or apartment work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance services: perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections and janitorial services as assigned.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments; notify manager of safety concerns.
• Assist with storage area and maintenance materials; refurbish/renovate apartments per standards.
• Carry out customer service duties in the community in the supervisor's absence; coordinate with staff and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks completed and participate in safety meetings.
