Job Summary:

The Make Ready Technician is responsible for preparing and maintaining units to ensure they are move-in ready for new tenants or occupants. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong attention to detail, including tasks such as painting, sheetrock, punch, plumbing, and electrical work.

Qualifications:

1. Strong knowledge of basic repair techniques and tools.
2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

5. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
6. Must be able to work on the West Bank and in Kenner.
