Job summary

Richmark Properties Inc in Houston, TX seeks a dependable Make Ready Technician to join our maintenance team. You will prepare vacant units for new residents, complete basic work orders, maintain pools, and keep grounds clean and presentable.

Must provide own tools, have a valid driver's license, and be able to work independently or as part of a team while upholding safety and property standards. Experience with property management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as Make Ready preferred; basic repair knowledge.
• Must provide own tools for daily use.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
