Job summary

Richmark Properties Inc. is seeking a dependable Make Ready Technician to join our maintenance team. This role focuses on preparing vacant units for new residents, performing basic repair tasks, and keeping pools and grounds clean and presentable.

You will complete unit turns to company standards, assist with routine maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and property rules. A strong work ethic and ability to work independently or with a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Make Ready Technician preferred; basic knowledge of general repair and maintenance required.
• Must provide own tools for daily use.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
