WHM - Property Management in Houston, TX is seeking a Make Ready Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and upgrades in rental units to ensure they are clean, safe, and ready for occupancy.

You will inspect units, perform tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with the maintenance team to schedule work efficiently.
