Welcome Home Management (WHM) is seeking a Make Ready Technician for our Adelphi Dallas property in Dallas, TX. You will perform maintenance tasks to prepare rental units for occupancy, coordinate with the maintenance team, and ensure repairs are completed efficiently to standards.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently, delivering clean, safe, and market-ready units for new tenants.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Make Ready Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rental units to identify necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation.
• Clean and prepare rental units for new tenants.
• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Communicate with property managers and maintenance team to coordinate work schedules.
