About The Role

The Make Ready Technician / Groundskeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic and functional quality of the property at Bristol on Union. This position is responsible for preparing vacant units for new residents, ensuring that all aspects of the apartments are clean, functional, and visually appealing.
