Job summary

Maxus Properties is hiring a Make Ready Technician for Windsor Station Apartments in Dallas, TX. You will prepare apartments for tours, perform move-in tasks, and coordinate vendors for timely readiness.

You will handle service requests across maintenance areas, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, and assist with inspections and inventory control. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required for consideration.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A current driver's license is required.
• One year of facility or property maintenance experience is preferred.
• EPA/HVAC certification may be required.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and commitment to all Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for tours and incoming residents; move-in tasks and vendor scheduling.
• Track and complete service requests in occupied and vacant spaces and perform timely repairs.
• Assist with semi-annual property inspections including fire safety and pest control.
• Assist with stock control and reporting of inventory.
• Safely use and maintain maintenance tools and equipment.
• Complete additional projects as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Job Details: Job Location: Windsor Station - Dallas, TX 75228, Salary Range: $21.00 - $21.00 Hourly, Maxus Properties is seeking a full-time Make Ready Technician for Windsor Station Apartments in Dallas, Texas. DESCRIPTION

• Preparing apartments for tours/the incoming residents; move-in by conducting lock changes, move-out inspections, trash out, punch out, and scheduling vendors where necessary.
• May be called upon to track and complete service requests on occupied and vacant apartments, office/clubhouse, and amenities and perform timely repairs, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lighting, etc.
• May be called upon to assist with semi-annual property inspections, including fire safety, pest control, etc.
• Assist with controlling and reporting stock and inventory.
• Safely use and perform periodic maintenance of tools and equipment (hammer, drill, saw, gauges, etc).
• Complete any additional projects as requested under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications: REQUIRED

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• A current drivers license is required
• One year of facility or property maintenance experience is required
• EPA/HVAC certification may be required
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and commitment to all Fair Housing regulations are required.
• Candidates must receive a passing score on an in-house maintenance exam to be further considered
