Job summary

Management Support is seeking a Make Ready Technician for Sky at Chandler Airpark in Chandler, AZ. You will perform make-ready tasks, basic electrical/plumbing/appliance maintenance, and coordinate with the Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager to keep units ready for occupancy.

The role is full-time (40 hours) with rotating weekends. Compensation is hourly from $23 to $25.50, with biweekly payroll and a benefits package including Medical PPO Health Plan, Dental Plan, 401(k) Plan, and Life

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred, not required.
• Basic electrical, plumbing, appliance maintenance and repair.
• Lift and carry 30 lbs up three flights of stairs if there is no elevator.
• Current driver's license with non-rated auto insurance to be verified.
• Bilingual (any language) a plus.
• Understand and follow written policies.
• Work under direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager.
• Attend to preventive and routine maintenance promptly and expertly.
• Maintain property owned equipment and tools and ensure they are properly secured after each use.
• Secure work areas per policy when not occupied.
• Complete service requests for vacant units (make ready).

We are looking for applicants who are confident that their maintenance skills will yield high productivity and advancement within our company. We can train applicants with prior experience in the trades, as well as applicants that have prior maintenance experience at other multifamily management companies. Compensation is based on experience and our anticipation of your performance.

Hourly pay rate is $23 - $25.50. The full-time work schedule is 40 hours, with rotating weekend coverage. Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
