The role includes maintaining grounds, adhering to safety policies, and collaborating with supervisors to meet occupancy goals. Weekend/holiday on-call rotation may apply.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance and repair abilities to turn units quickly.
• Ability to inspect and fix common apartment defects (drywall, caulking, fixtures).
• Customer-facing duties, safety compliance, and teamwork with staff.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and make-ready tasks for vacant apartment homes.
• Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage and repair as needed.
• Perform touch-up painting on vacant and occupied units.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; clean breezeways and pool areas.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
• Finish make-ready checklists and maintenance documentation timely.
• Follow safety policies and attend required safety trainings.
