Cedar Run Apartments in Memphis, TN is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for market readiness and support the maintenance team. Responsibilities include turnover repairs, maintenance of grounds and common areas, snow removal, cleaning, and providing residents with outstanding customer service.

This role requires 1+ years of maintenance or custodial experience, attention to detail, ability to work independently or with a team, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of maintenance or custodial work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris.
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas.
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas.
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents.
