Sycamore Meadows Apartments in Ypsilanti, MI is hiring a Make Ready Tech to join Tarantino Properties, Inc.'s maintenance team. This on-site role supports keeping the community clean and ready for residents.

You will perform light maintenance tasks, help the team, and report safety concerns to management. Prior maintenance or custodial work is preferred, and candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris.
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas.
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas.
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents
