Job summary

Fogelman Properties is hiring an experienced Make Ready Technician for Lincoln at Wolfchase Apartments in the Cordova area of Memphis. The role focuses on preparing vacant units for new residents, with a strong emphasis on detail, safety, and teamwork. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in maintenance, HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience as a Make Ready Technician.
Maintenance skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
HVAC certification is a plus; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Clear out and dispose of items left behind after move out.
Complete make-ready service on apartments per move-out checklist, including painting.
Perform new move-in service requests per the move-in checklist.
Assist with inventory of supplies and furnish supervisor with needed lists.
Assist with completing other service requests.
Assist in preventive maintenance projects.
Escalate unresolved issues to the Service Director.
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency calls as needed.
Maintain positive communications with residents, vendors, and coworkers.
Weekend work may be required.
Adhere to all company policies including safety and Fair Housing.
