Job summary

Mayfair Management Group is seeking a Make Ready Technician to perform basic property maintenance and prepare vacant units for occupancy in our Fort Worth communities. Duties include painting, cleaning, floor care, light repairs, and restocking supplies.

Strong teamwork and ability to follow schedules are essential; weekend availability and the ability to be on-call after hours may be required. We offer training and a path for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in basic property maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Willingness to work weekends and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Basic property maintenance & repairs
• Paint
• Cleans vacant apartments as required.
• Cleans lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
• Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors.
• Cleans carpets, upholstered furniture, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, doors, and windowsills.
• Empties wastebaskets in the office and other trash receptacles throughout the community.
• Replaces restroom supplies and replaces light bulbs as necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
