Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to ensure vacant apartments are restored quickly to market-ready status and to perform general interior and exterior upkeep on our properties. This role requires basic computer skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a commitment to safety in line with OSHA requirements.

You must provide your own hand tools and be able to work Monday through Friday, with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in general maintenance and safety practices.
• Own hand tools and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Restore vacant units to market-ready condition in a timely manner.
• Perform interior and exterior maintenance and repairs.
• Identify and report hazards to Community Manager and Service Manager.
• Follow established preventive maintenance programs per BH guidelines.
• Maintain and secure property-issued tools.
• Post notices and communicate with residents as applicable.
