The Finger Companies at Greenridge Place in Houston, TX is seeking a Make Ready II Technician to ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready and to support the maintenance team. The role includes on-call rotation for nights and weekends, with opportunities to contribute to timely turnovers and quality finishes.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of multifamily maintenance experience, EPA certification, and strong troubleshooting skills with basic plumbing and electrical knowledge.

Formación

• 1+ years’ experience in multifamily property maintenance.
• EPA Certification required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with basic plumbing and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using common maintenance tools and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Complete repairs, replacements, and touch-ups to ensure apartments are move-in ready.
• Repair or replace appliances, fixtures, flooring, and cabinetry as needed.
• Patch and paint walls, ceilings, and trim to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Change locks and prepare keys for new residents.
• Work closely with Property Manager and Lead Maintenance to prioritize work orders and ensure timely unit turnovers.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and work orders.
• Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical etc.
• Follow all applicable EPA and OSHA regulations regarding the safe storage and handling of hazardous materials.
